It means the cURL extension in PHP does not exist. This link may help.

Hi Katherine,
I just looked opened your site using chrome and I didn’t see any errors… could you be specific as to what error you encountered?
Hi there. i am using Silverine theme in my website, but i would like to know if i can move the sidebar from right to left? Thanks a lot for the theme, I love it!
Hi, I am using Silverine them at http://www.holidaysasturias.com and I would like to know how to change the sidebar from right to left side. Is it possible editing the code or any silverine options?
Another question…..I am doing my best to publish visitors comments but I am not able to do it. Any suggestions?
Hi Maria,
Sorry for the late reply. I had a look at your site and I see you’ve been able to change the sidebar from right to left. Good job! Regarding the comments, the silverine theme displays the comments that are approved on single post view. However, does not show the comments on pages. I could suggest using the “Recent Comments” widget for publishing visitors comments.
Hope that helps. Cheers!
Randy
