'Valid' meaning it exists as a slug for the category you want the post's thumbnail to appear in the slideshow. If you are referring to the slideshow, make sure you entered a ‘valid’ category slug under Featured Gallery Slideshow Settings in the theme’s option. ‘Valid’ meaning it exists as a slug for the category you want the post’s thumbnail to appear in the slideshow. To sum it all up, you have to:

  • have a category (with at least the number of posts equal to or greater than the number you have entered in the ‘Posts to Show’ setting under Featured Gallery Slideshow in the theme’s option).
  • set featured images for the posts under the category.
  • fill in the inputs under Appearance > Masigasig Option > Featured Gallery Slideshow Settings.
